About First Turn Films

First Turn Films, formerly known as Racing Solutions, was founded by Donnie Bales in 1999.  They have over 20 years of professional photography and videography experience, as well as over 30 years of riding and racing experience. They have produced their own instructional DVD’s with top professionals in the Motocross and SuperMoto industry.

In 2000, Donnie authored “Pro Motocross and Off-Road Motorcycle Riding Techniques,” which has been published in 4 different languages. First Turn Films was hired by Speed Vision and Chet Burke Productions on multiple occasions for the filming of the Outdoor Motocross Nationals. Other notable still photography includes publications such as Personal Watercraft Illustrated, Dirt Rider Magazine, MX Racer Magazine, and SuperMoto Racer Magazine.
